thyssenkrupp Cracks Open the Books for LIBERTY Steel Group
12/02/2020 - thyssenkrupp has agreed to open its books to LIBERTY Steel Group, which has expressed an interest in acquiring the German technology company’s steel unit, reports the Reuters news service.
“Liberty Steel will shortly begin a detailed due diligence and thus gain insight into key business data of Thyssenkrupp’s steel business,” Liberty said in a statement, according to Reuters.
